3 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Borca di Cadore

Recently renovated country barn transformed into a luxuriously finished dwelling. The apartment that we offer to our guests is on the first floor and is equipped with every comfort. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people: it has three bedrooms (one with double bed and two with two single beds each), two bathrooms (1 with bath/shower and 1 with large shower), a spacious lounge where one can find the living area, dining table and kitchenette, a balcony, parking for one car and there is also a public car park nearby; cellar/ski deposit; fully enclosed garden, in a quiet position at the rear of the chalet, you will appreciate the lounge chairs, a sun umbrella and wooden table and benches for lunch or a snack (only in summer).
Upon your arrival you will find a welcome basket.
The rent INCLUDES cooking equipment, water and electrical consumption and final cleaning. The rent DOESN'T INCLUDE: in the colder months of the year, you will be asked a contribution of € 150 per week for gas heating or in summer, if you requested it, heating will be calculated according to consumption.
From 2024 the Municipality of Borca requires the payment of the tourist tax: 1 euro per person per day, for a maximum of 7 days (there are exemptions, for example children under 12 years old) to be paid upon your arrival.
HOUSE RULES: smoking is not permitted in the house; would you kindly please tell me if anything has been broken or damaged during your stay; check in after 3:00 P.M. and check out within 10:00 A.M.; before leaving,the kitchen area must be at least roughly inorder and left clean and free of trash. Thank you for the cooperation.

Summary: Absolutely super property with a lovely host, Cinzia, adjacent to you. The village has a great pizza restaurant and the bar at the play park is very hospitable. Easy drive up to Cortina and the mountains and climbing that we came for. A definite 5 star recommendation!

Summary: We spent a wonderful week in Cinzia's chalet at Borca di Cadore. The chalet was very nice, well decorated and well equipped. Furthermore, the localisation of the chalet allowed us to hike in a lot of different places not too far. A true favorite !

Summary: This apartment gives us multiply supprises in a good way. In life, it looks even better than its photos suggest. The furniture is not new, but high-quality woodworks everywhere. That well supports the archaic interior appearance with a warm atmosphere. The kitchen is enormous (among holiday apartments) and very well equipped with kitchen appliances, cutlery, a big fridge, etc. All new and functional, not the remained ancient stuff from grandma's household. Those who value on good internet will not be disappointed, and LEDs everywhere! Come on. The garden is lovely, and the wooden garden house offers a safe place for bicycles. I had the opportunity to try several apartments in the region, but this was undoubtfully the best. Not to forget the friendly and supportive owners. If you are looking for a tastefully furnished and well-equipped apartment where attention has been paid to the details, look no further. I enjoyed every single day there. Ciao, Ference
